Support the operational planning process, sales inventory, and overall business with forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities of the Plant Financial Analyst:

Financial support for Operations leaders
Financial analysis for demand planning, inventory, costing, and operations
Drive consistent reporting, productivity tracking, and creating financial models
Support key productivity projects and streamline financial processes across plants

Requirements of the Plant Financial Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
4+ years finance experience (1 year in manufacturing)
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems a plus
Experience with plant cost accounting and analysis
Excellent communication skills working with all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling
