Financial Analyst: Healthcare

• Provide analytical support to the Finance Division, conducting various financial and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain and manage Hospital Cost Accounting system and Dashboard product.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports to support business decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and management of hospital operating and capital budgets.
• Investigate consolidation/expansion of services and prepare analyses for presentation to key decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, with three years of experience in financial/accounting field; or Master's degree with two years of experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting requirements, cost accounting principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in healthcare finance is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present analyses and findings to stakeholders.
