We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our thriving Casino/Gaming division. This unique opportunity includes a generous relocation package to assist in your transition. If you have a passion for numbers, a knack for data analysis, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry, we want you on our team. You will be instrumental in driving financial decision-making, providing insightful advice, and helping to shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will:
1. Perform detailed financial analysis and interpret financial data to aid decision-making processes.
2. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts for various departments.
3. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to conduct data mining and analysis.
4. Work with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, and Access to manage, analyze, and interpret data.
5. Use SQL for detailed data analysis and reporting.
6. Assist with treasury/cash management and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
7. Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with gaming license requirements and regulations.
9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Financial Analyst position will have:
1. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the Casino/Gaming industry.
2. A valid gaming license or ability to obtain a gaming license within the first few months.
3. Proficiency in financial reporting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
4. Strong skills in data mining and data analysis.
5. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
6. Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, and Access.
7. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
8. Experience in forecasting and treasury/cash management.
9. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
