Responsibilities:

As our Finance Manager, you will:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of the financial operations including year-end close, financial statements, monthly reporting, and financial reporting & analysis.
2. Conduct variance analysis to understand the financial performance of the organization, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
4. Provide decision support to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive business performance and financial health.
5. Lead process improvement initiatives across the finance function, driving efficiency, and effectiveness.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial understanding and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
2. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
3. Exceptional financial acumen with strong experience in financial statements, financials, monthly reporting, financial reporting & analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
4. Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Strong decision-support skills, with the ability to provide critical insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to driving financial health within a dynamic organization.
