We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and innovative environment, where you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance. This position is permanent and full-time, offering a chance to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the company's financial growth and stability.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
2. Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
3. Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget, working closely with various department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Analyze financial reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
5. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, interpreting complex financial data, and providing accurate information for business planning.
6. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, identifying potential financial risks and opportunities.
7. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the organization.
8. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create financial models and analyze large data sets.
9. Participate in FP&A activities, providing strategic financial input and leadership.
10. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
11. Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to drive financial performance.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification such as CFA/CPA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the marketing industry.
3. Proficiency in monthly reporting, ledger management, annual budgeting, analyzing financial reports, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and financials.
4. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex financial models and manipulate large data sets.
5. Experience in FP&A and strategic financial planning.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive financial performance.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
