We are a Denver based restaurant group that has been established for over 15 years. With multiple different brand concepts for our restaurant, we have expanded to multiple locations in the greater Denver area as well as creating a footprint in Texas. With over ten locations to date, we aim to continue our natural expansion by providing out customers with a unique and authentic culinary experience.

Position Summary: The Sr Director of Finance will oversee our finance and accounting departments, assist management and our shareholders in making educated decisions, and provide financial guidance.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely close
• Management of financial reporting & financial statements
• Lead annual audit and work with external auditors
• Ensure that departments are meeting budget
• Manage disbursement functions of AP, Petty Cash, Expenses, and Payroll
• Ensure accounts receivable and reporting are optimized and effective
• Responsible for corporate income tax compliance
• Establish and maintain financial processes, policies, and controls
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Directly partner with leadership to provide financial reports and guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• CPA
• Hospitality Industry Experience
• 8+ years corporate accounting / finance experience
• 5+ years management experience within finance / accounting
• Strong excel skills
• Financial reporting expertise
• Understanding of US GAAP
