We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Insurance and Financial Services Sales Professional to join our team. This role is for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients while driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to our clients, including insurance, investment, tax, and estate planning. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
2. Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement planning, estate planning, risk management, and tax planning.
3. Sell a full range of insurance and financial products, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and sales targets.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and meet clients' financial needs.
7. Maintain strict compliance with all regulations and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
2. Current MO insurance license-preferred/willing to obtain.
3. Hold a Series 65 license or equivalent-preferred/willing to obtain.
4. Proven track record in insurance and financial product sales.
5. Exceptional client service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
6. Strong knowledge of financial planning, tax planning, and wealth management.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
11. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
