Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Robotics Automation Technician to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the field of robotics and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Fanuc and ABB robots. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:
1. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Fanuc and ABB robots, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
2. Design and implement robotic systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop automation strategies and solutions.
4. Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic systems.
5. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures.
6. Train staff on the operation and maintenance of robotics equipment.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations when installing or repairing robotic equipment and systems.
8. Document procedures, protocols, and technical reports related to robotic systems.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in robotics and automation.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fanuc Programmer or in a similar role.
2. Solid knowledge of Fanuc and ABB robotics.
3. Proficient in robotic programming and troubleshooting.
4. Experience in automation, mechanical systems, and hardware/software integration.
5. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to robotic systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
10. Degree in Robotics, Automation, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
