Job Details:

• Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan to optimize cost-efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Establish and maintain product and service specifications, continually enhancing standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and report key metrics to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels, lead times, and reorder quantities for supplies, closely tracking purchasing performance.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Ensure procurement strategies align with financial objectives, brand standards, and operational guidelines, while promoting sustainable partnerships.
• Serve as a liaison between procurement systems and various company disciplines.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and field personnel on procurement-related initiatives, emphasizing sustainability.
• Lead efforts related to the company's procurement system and assist with capital project bids.
• Manage vendor databases, maintaining contact information and relationships.

Requirements:

• Must Have Experience within luxury and Hospitality market
• Must Have Experience with FF&E - Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment
• Must Have Experience with Purchasing
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement procedures and policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
