Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of financial matters, from accounts payable to preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing accounts payable, ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner
2. Preparing comprehensive financial statements
3. Utilizing QuickBooks for accounting processes
4. Recording journal entries, maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions
5. Performing bookkeeping duties, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
6. Manage bill payments
7. Assist with tax preparations
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks
3. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
