We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Family Law Partner to join our established legal team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise in family law, particularly in the areas of divorce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in navigating complex family law cases, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance and representation in all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on divorce cases.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, advise them on their legal rights and options, and develop effective legal strategies.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.
4. Conduct thorough and diligent research to stay abreast of changes in family law and leverage this knowledge to benefit our clients.
5. Collaborate with other partners and associates to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive legal services.
6. Contribute to business development efforts to expand the firm's family law practice, including networking, client relationship management, and thought leadership activities.
7. Mentor and supervise junior associates, fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a strong focus on divorce cases.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex family law matters.
5. Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.
6. Excellent research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8. Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing.
10. Proven ability to mentor and develop junior associates.
