Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of family law matters from inception to resolution.
2. Conduct legal research and draft complex family law pleadings.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
4. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations regarding family law matters.
5. Work closely with team members to develop case strategies that align with clients' goals.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
7. Stay current on developments in family law and participate in continuing legal education programs.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. New York State Bar License (Required)
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law practice.
4. Proven experience as an Associate Family Law Attorney.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
7. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
8. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
