Family Law Attorney

As a Family Law Attorney, you will be tasked with managing cases from inception to conclusion, demonstrating excellent judgment and providing top-notch legal advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal representation to clients in Family Law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
2. Conduct initial consultations to understand the client's situation and goals.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters efficiently.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
6. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on current laws and interpret legislation that may impact your clients.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs and objectives are being met.
8. Collaborate with team members and other legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing Family Law.
4. Proven experience in handling divorce, custody, and support matters.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
9. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
