As an experience Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment, where your skills and expertise will be utilized to design and improve the functionality and efficiency of packing house machinery. This role involves a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting various types of machinery, ensuring that they are operating at peak performance. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your expertise in Engineering Design, Load & Stress Analysis, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Layouts, Components, and Equipment Lines to design and improve packing house machinery.
2. Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create, modify, and optimize detailed 3D designs for complex projects.
3. Conduct load and stress analysis on various machinery and equipment to ensure they are designed and operating safely and efficiently.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
5. Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and team members to review designs and make necessary improvements.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, manuals, and project reports.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proficient in Engineering Design, Load & Stress Analysis, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Layouts, Components, and Equipment Lines.
4. Experience with packing house machinery is a plus.
5. Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment issues.
7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to create and review complex design details.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
