We are seeking a driven and talented Composite Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace industry. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for complex problem-solving, creating innovative design solutions, and contributing to the development of high-quality products. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a team of experienced professionals. This is a full-time permanent position, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design composite structures using CAD software, AutoCAD 3D, and SolidWorks.
2. Conduct finite element analysis to evaluate product designs for their strength, durability, and reliability.
3. Utilize mathematical modeling to predict the behavior of composite materials under different conditions.
4. Use MATLAB and LabVIEW for data analysis and simulation of composite structures.
5. Participate in all phases of product development, from concept generation to final production.
6. Create and modify detailed drawings using Auto Cad, ensuring all designs adhere to established specifications and standards.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet functional requirements, cost targets, and manufacturing capabilities.
8. Actively participate in design reviews, providing expert input and recommendations.
9. Continually stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in composite materials and design techniques.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Composite Design Engineer in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD 3D, and SolidWorks.
4. Strong knowledge of finite element analysis, mathematical modeling, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
5. Extensive experience with Auto Cad in creating and modifying detailed drawings.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
8. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
9. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
10. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and composite design principles.
