Are you a skilled estimator with a knack for crunching numbers and a passion for the construction industry? We are seeking a Permanent Estimator to join our dynamic team. Our company is one of the leading construction firms, renowned for our innovative designs and high-quality projects. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estimator, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed cost estimates for our construction projects. Your key duties will include:

1. Reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
2. Utilizing Procore software to manage all aspects of the estimating process.
3. Preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals.
4. Working closely with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to gather all necessary data for estimates.
5. Monitoring and adjusting estimates to reflect changes in market conditions, project specifications, and company objectives.
6. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential financial or operational impacts.
7. Providing expertise and guidance to junior estimators and other team members.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the construction industry. You should have a proven track record of preparing accurate estimates and winning bids.

Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
2. Extensive experience with Procore, estimating, estimate, bidding, bids, and hard bid.
3. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
5. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
6. Proficient in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
