3. Hotel experience would be a nice add on but as long as its not the only experience.
4. Architectural background would be nice to understand and read plans. Working on takeoff software. I can get them set up on the software that they use
5. Preliminary estimates and takeoff with all of their software internally – just signed up with a new one. They use “insight” for site work take offs
1. They have a chief estimator that is looking to retire so there is room for growth
2. They do use Bluebeam and Procure – on screen takeoff. Bluebeam PDF takeoff is what they have done too if needed for less complicated work
