Estimator - Fire Sprinkler

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients negotiating and closing of fire sprinkler protection sales. Must understand the sales cycle, fire protection estimating skills, maintain a pipeline, and forecast correctly. This position requires a team player with a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.

Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates for fire sprinkler systems.
Ability to read and understand Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical drawings.
Collaborate with project managers & other team members to ensure accurate estimation of materials, labor, and project timelines.
Stay up to date with the industry codes and standards.
Prepare detailed and competitive bids for prospective projects.
Maintain clear and organized records of estimates and related documentation.
Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
Review contracts
Attend bid walk-thru and field surveys.
