Estimator (Commercial Construction)

Based in Minneapolis, we are an established GC that has been in business for over 70years! Due to growth, we have an immediate need for an Estimator to join our team. Born as a remodeler of single family homes, we've added commercial and development divisions to provide comprehensive construction services. With decades of industry experience, we approach every project as an opportunity to create something extraordinary + award-winning!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Estimator software and other relevant technology.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry safety and compliance regulations.
• Proven track record of producing accurate and timely estimates.
