We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Estate Planning/Trust Administration Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent role that provides an amazing opportunity to work on complex and challenging estate planning and trust administration matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on wealth management, trust administration, and estate planning matters. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning and trust administration, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management.
2. Draft and review various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
3. Administer trusts and estates of all sizes, including post-mortem trust administration, probate proceedings, and trust terminations.
4. Provide tax planning advice related to estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
5. Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants, financial advisors, and insurance agents to ensure a comprehensive estate plan for clients.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and trust administration.
7. Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with regular updates on their case and answering their queries promptly.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning/Trust Administration Attorney.
4. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
5. Strong knowledge of tax laws related to estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. Proficiency in using legal software for research, document production, and case management.
