We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice and support to clients on all matters related to estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to small businesses, and to develop comprehensive estate planning packages tailored to their specific needs. The position requires a deep understanding of tax laws and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and client-focused manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Develop and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.
3. Assist clients with the administration of estates and trusts, including the preparation of probate documents and estate tax returns.
4. Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure that estate planning strategies are tax-efficient and comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on developments in estate planning law and tax law.
6. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.
8. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a transactional estate planning attorney.
4. In-depth knowledge of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and tax law.
5. Proven track record of developing and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies.
6. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
