Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist clients in estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, and other related legal documents.
• Navigate the probate process, handling all aspects from filing the initial application to distributing assets and closing the estate.
• Provide legal counsel on guardianship administration, ensuring that the rights and interests of wards are protected.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning, probate, and guardianship administration.
• Collaborate with other members of our legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents as required.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in the state of Florida
• 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, wills, power of attorney, and guardianship administration.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning and probate.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases and clients simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
