Lead client-centric technical direction to bolster the company's ERP system, overseeing its development, administration, and IT support. Assume a backup role for general IT administration across business units, actively contributing to IT decisions and strategies while ensuring alignment with corporate IT policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the ERP system by implementing modifications, updates, and new releases.
• Serve as the primary liaison for business teams and ERP users, addressing system issues and streamlining processes.
• Collaborate with ERP Technical representatives and other support services to diagnose, resolve, and prevent ERP-related IT issues.
• Adhere strictly to corporate IT change management policies.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to analyze, develop, implement, and enhance processes and procedures.
• Generate insightful reports to drive efficiency and inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee data management, including SQL databases, reporting, and other technical aspects of the system.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools for system oversight, ensuring prompt response to alerts and optimizing performance.
• Facilitate the transition from manual spreadsheets and databases to automated solutions wherever feasible.
• Manage ERP disaster recovery and business continuity efforts, conducting regular tests to validate recoverability.
• Assume accountability for system and user-level security, including user setup, permissions, and basic training.
• Desired experience in project management for ERP implementations.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in a computer-related field with two years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Epicor, and SQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Recent experience with SQL server, including queries and tables.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and support others.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems, PDI, PDI Enterprise, SQL, and application support.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure and anticipate user needs.
• Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
