We are seeking highly accomplished and driven Equity Partners to join and enhance our firm’s presence in key practice areas such as Corporate, M&A, Finance, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Tax, Health Care, Environmental Law, and more. These opportunities are available throughout our national offices. Candidates should possess a substantial portable book of business, exceeding $1 million, with a strong preference for those with $2 million or higher. Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, with full licensure in at least one US jurisdiction.
At least 10 years of experience in a specific practice area, with a robust track record of leadership and client service at a reputable law firm.
A portable book of business exceeding $1 million, preferably $2 million or higher, evidencing strong client relationships and market presence.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice areas and offices, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Exceptional legal, analytical, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Proven commitment to the mentorship and development of junior legal talent and to the advancement of diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
