Job Description:
We're a dynamic and growing law firm with multiple offices across Florida, that seeks an experienced and ambitious Litigation Partner to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a proven track record and a portable book of business of $750,000 or more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters and a strong desire to drive growth and excellence within our litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Development: Utilize your substantial book of business to contribute significantly to the firm’s revenues, while actively engaging in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm’s litigation practice.
Litigation Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse range of complex litigation matters, providing strategic direction and ensuring high-quality legal representation.

Team Development: Mentor and develop associates within the litigation team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
Collaborative Practice Growth: Work collaboratively with partners across various practice areas to cross-sell services and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Professional Engagement: Represent the firm in professional associations, conferences, and community organizations to enhance its visibility and reputation in the legal community.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in trial and appellate courts.
A portable book of business of $750,000 or more.
Strong leadership, client management, and team development skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
