We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Permanent Epic Ancillary Application Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Epic Ancillary applications within our healthcare organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our healthcare professionals have the tools and resources necessary to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage Epic Ancillary applications to support the operational needs of the healthcare organization.
2. Design, build, test, and implement new system components or enhancements to existing applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the end users and adhere to the organization's strategic objectives.
3. Provide training to end users to ensure they are proficient in the use of the Epic Ancillary applications and can leverage the system to improve patient care.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the system through regular monitoring, feedback from end users, and performance metrics. Make necessary adjustments to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system design, build, testing, training, and implementation procedures to ensure consistency and continuity.
6. Collaborate with other IT professionals, healthcare providers, and administrators to identify opportunities for system improvement and innovation.
7. Manage projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Ancillary application development, implementation, and management.
3. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to system challenges.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical end users.
6. High level of proficiency in system design, building, testing, training, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
7. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
8. Certification in Epic Ancillary applications is a plus.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
