Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented engineers in the technology industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, working closely with project managers, and leading the team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge technological solutions. You will be a part of a vibrant and passionate team that thrives on pushing the boundaries of technology to solve complex problems. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
• Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with project managers to determine project specifications and timelines.
• Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing technological solutions using Golang, Python, AWS, TypeScript, and React.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering management role in the technology industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in Golang, Python, AWS, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a commitment to drive team performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a knack for complex challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Solid understanding of the technology industry, including current trends, technologies, and processes.
