Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Engineering Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, managing the engineering team, and developing and executing engineering strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, automation, PLC programming, HMI, VFD, and a proven track record of effective project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of engineering projects.
5. Oversee the design and implementation of mechanical systems and processes.
6. Manage and optimize PLC programming, HMI, and VFD.
7. Ensure all engineering activities and processes comply with health and safety regulations.
8. Manage the engineering budget, ensuring all projects are financially viable and cost-effective.
9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team, providing constructive feedback and implementing training programs as necessary.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends and technologies, implementing them into operations where applicable.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7+ years' experience in an engineering management position.
3. Proven experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and engineering design.
4. Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, and VFD.
5. Strong knowledge of automation and engineering software.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong budget management skills, with the ability to plan and manage engineering projects within financial constraints.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts and processes.
