Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager for our manufacturing unit. This is a permanent role that requires an individual with a robust engineering background, excellent leadership abilities, and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP, CNC operations, blueprint interpretation, and 3D modeling software. This role will oversee the engineering team, manage long-term projects, and conduct design risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Utilize SAP to manage and coordinate work processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee CNC operations, ensuring quality and precision in all tasks.
• Interpret and understand blueprints, ensuring all designs meet required specifications and standards.
• Conduct design risk assessments, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Manage long-term projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create, modify, and improve product designs.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion in all engineering initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of manufacturing processes, implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in managing or leading a team within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP, CNC operations, blueprint interpretation, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
