High growth analytics platform looking for a Growth focused Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure timely product delivery.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team's adherence to high coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development.
• Regularly review and evaluate the team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in typescript, javascript, node, web development, Full Stack, Next.js.
• Proven experience building forward thinking and new initiative products and/or offerings for a high growth business
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
