Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Law Defense Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law defense, exceptional analytical and research skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling a variety of employment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in employment law matters, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other pleadings.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to effectively manage caseload and meet deadlines.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
Stay current on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
3-6 years of experience practicing employment law defense.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
