Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis
Perform due diligence
Draft employee benefit and executive compensation plans and arrangements
Communicate and correspond with colleagues, clients, and other counsel
Requirements:
JD degree; Bachelor’s degree
Admission to practice law in the state of New York
Two to three years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
Experience supporting large M&A transactions
