As an Emerging Technologies Manager, you will be responsible for exploring, evaluating and help implementing cutting-edge technologies that have the potential to enhance or add value to the organization. You will stay involved with industry trends, conduct in-depth research, and provide strategic insights to guide technology decisions and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology research, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate technical information into actionable recommendations.

Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience in technology research, market analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, emerging technologies, and their application in business.
- Strong knowledge of a programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong familiarity with web application development and cloud technologies, such as Azure.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of downstream refining processes and experience in supporting operations is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical details into business value propositions.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
