Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician

Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician
Compensation: $55k-$65k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting electro-mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Participating in design reviews and implementing change control procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
3. Fabricating metal parts and components using various tools and techniques.
4. Creating and modifying 3D models for design and manufacturing purposes.
5. Using precision measurement tools to ensure components meet specified tolerances.
6. Analyzing blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand equipment and system requirements.
7. Developing and managing Bills of Material (BOM) to streamline production processes.
8. Utilizing SAP software for data management and business processes.
9. Performing soldering and other hand tool operations to assemble and repair equipment.
10. Carrying out routine mechanical maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.

What you need for this position:

1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical engineering role, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in electro-mechanical testing, change control, and design reviews.
4. Experience in metal fabrication and 3D modeling.
5. Strong knowledge of precision measurement and blueprint analysis.
6. Familiarity with Bills of Material (BOM) and proficiency in SAP.
7. Skills in soldering and using hand tools.
8. Experience in mechanical maintenance.
9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
