Electrical Project Manager- Underground Utilties

Responsibilities:

Lead Comprehensive Electrical Construction Projects:

Oversee all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring profitability and exceeding client expectations from preconstruction to completion.
Safety Enforcement and Efficient Project Execution:

Enforce safety policies, collaborating with project teams to drive efficient project execution while maintaining a secure work environment.
Client Relationship Development:

Develop and sustain client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and ensuring client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project turnover, BIM coordination, and streamlined procurement processes.
Budget Oversight and Schedule Adherence:

Establish and monitor project budgets, driving optimal efficiency and ensuring adherence to schedules through strategic project management.
Project Closeout and Continuous Improvement:

Complete project closeout processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Proven Project Management Experience (5-7 years):

Demonstrate a track record of 5-7 years in electrical project management with successful project oversight.
In-Depth Knowledge of Electrical Construction Project Management:

Possess a deep understanding of electrical construction project management principles and procedures.
Familiarity with Health and Safety Standards:

Have a working knowledge of health and safety standards to ensure a secure and compliant project environment.
Communication, Negotiation, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills:

Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills essential for effective project management.
Leadership Abilities and Collaborative Team Player:

Demonstrate leadership abilities while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach to project management.
