Salary: Up to $130,000 annually

Job Description:

As the Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical maintenance within our facilities. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and electricians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive electrical maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Leading and managing a team of electrical technicians and electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive maintenance

measures.

• Troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, and promoting a culture of safety among team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certified maintenance technician certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
