Electrical Lead Manager - Residential Electrical and HVAC

We provide residential and commercial HVAC and Electrical services in Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the electrical department.

This includes supervising electrical technicians, managing daily jobs, assisting electricians in closing jobs with customers, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations, and overseeing electrical maintenance and repairs.

The role also involves collaboration with other departments to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for someone with:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
2. Extensive knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
4. Proven track record in sales within the service industry.
5. Experience in coaching for best practices and driving sales.
6. Familiarity with analyzing past sales trends.
7. Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and improve field technicians.
8. Experience in inspiring and motivating a team to hit their goals.
9. Ability to train, develop, and hold a team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
10. Highly experienced in both Residential and Commercial electrical systems.
11. Ability to start generating sales shortly after the start date.
