We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the engineering industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical hardware components for our advanced engineering projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical hardware components and systems that meet project requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and system architecture.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
4. Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
5. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
6. Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
7. Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
8. Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.
9. Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Hardware Engineer.
3. Proficient with electrical hardware design software and tools.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and systems integration.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
10. Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
