Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies
- Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award
- Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
- Position 100% in office in Sunnyvale and non-union
- Hourly non exempt position, overtime pay available but not anticipated
Requirements:
- Lower end of salary range: 6 months of electrical estimating experience on new projects $500K+; higher end of salary range 3+ years of electrical estimating experience on new projects $500K+
- Working knowledge of Accubid and BlueBeam required
- Multi-family project experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter/team-oriented personality willing to admit mistakes and work well with others
