Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to accurately estimate the cost of electrical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project estimates and timelines.
• Review and analyze project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure project profitability.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and ensure accurate project estimates.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate records of project estimates, bids, and proposals.

Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Accubid (preferred) and computer-based take-off experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Commercial, hospital, or data center electrical experience is preferred.
