We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in the construction industry. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating electrical projects in the commercial sector, including fit-outs. You will work closely with the project manager, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for commercial projects, including fit-outs.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Provide support to project managers during the construction phase, including site visits and responding to requests for information.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on electrical design and construction issues.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an electrical estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Experience with commercial projects, including fit-outs.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
