Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial and industrial applications.
• Utilize Revit for electrical design and documentation, ensuring designs meet all relevant safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and architects to integrate electrical systems into overall building design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the commercial sector.
• Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations related to electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
