We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer III to join our dynamic team on the Space Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving electrical systems. They will also be involved in the design and implementation of electrical circuits and systems, leveraging their expertise in Circuit Design, Electrical Design, and Altium. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and technologies that have a real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft.
• Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
• Confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
• Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
• Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
• Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
• Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
• Maintain product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
• Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Circuit Design, Electrical Design, and Altium.
• Experience in developing and testing complex electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes.
• Ability to project manage and multitask at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical governing standards and codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
• Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.
