We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test new products, using principles of engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet customer needs and expectations
• Engage and build relationships with customers to process and approve customer requests changes
• Conduct research to identify new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain product specifications, drawings, and documentation
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure that products are produced efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Conduct product testing and analysis to identify and resolve issues related to product performance, reliability, and safety
• Participate in product launch activities, including training and support for sales and marketing teams
• Continuously improve product designs and manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product engineering, process engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Experience with electrical system design and electronics manufacturing
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with client engagement and customer support
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product design and manufacturing
