We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Smart Manufacturing. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to increase productivity and reduce costs. The candidate must have a proven track record in troubleshooting, project management, and optical scanning. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems and equipment.
3. Manage projects related to automation engineering, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems into existing manufacturing processes.
5. Conduct regular inspections and performance tests on automated systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
6. Use optical scanning technologies to optimize automation processes.
7. Stay current with latest technologies, trends, and best practices in automation engineering.
8. Provide technical support and training to team members and other departments as needed.
9. Develop and maintain documentation for automated systems and procedures.
10. Ensure all automation projects and operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automation Engineering or a similar role.
3. Solid knowledge of electrical systems and automation technologies.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
5. Experience with Smart Manufacturing and optical scanning technologies.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
