Responsibilities:

• Project Manager will assist in the estimating, planning, initiating, and managing of information for various projects
• Coordinate, manage, and communicate with all vendors and effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labor, schedule, and payment disputes
• Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projects
• Bid and prepare cost estimates
• Prepare and oversee preconstruction budgets and schedules
• Participate in all pre-construction, project progress, and production meetings
• Review project plans and change orders with the foreman and Production Manager
• Follow up on material orders and delivery schedules

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing projects
• Excellent computer skills; Highly competent in MS Office suite and Accubid
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, aviation, industrial, and hospitality preferred
