We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an EHS Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining and developing our company's commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, including compliance with all applicable regulations, promoting a zero-incident culture, and implementing safety strategies to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS role.
2. Proven experience in implementing and managing a HSE Management Operating System.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety, health, and environmental standards.
4. Proven ability to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
5. Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory and compliance reports.
6. Experience in conducting on-site audits and training staff in EHS procedures.
7. Proven ability to foster a safety culture and promote a zero-incident environment.
8. Experience in managing hazardous waste shipments and maintaining an SDS library.
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
10. Proficiency in Document Control procedures.
11. A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred.
