We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent EHS Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. The EHS Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our company’s compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and standards, while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of EHS principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement safety strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage all EHS programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
3. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
4. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
5. Oversee the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs.
6. Manage the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and other environmental initiatives.
7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate EHS considerations into business decisions and strategies.
8. Monitor and report on EHS performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Stay up to date with changes in EHS regulations and industry practices, updating company policies and procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS leadership role.
3. Demonstrated experience with EHS management systems, FSQA, PSM, RMP, SWPPP, and other related programs.
4. Proven ability to conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
5. Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards.
6. Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety principles and practices to all levels of the organization.
7. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certifications are desirable.
8. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
