We are excited to announce an opening for an EDI Analyst in the fast-paced world of CPG/e-commerce. This role is perfect for someone passionate about electronic data interchange (EDI), e-commerce, and SPS commerce. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of EDI systems and services, ensuring seamless and accurate exchange of data. The candidate must possess 3+ years of experience in the related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and enhance existing EDI systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Develop and implement EDI mappings and business processes.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
6. Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with any EDI-related queries.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in EDI technology.
8. Participate in the design and implementation of new EDI projects and initiatives.
9. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure EDI solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EDI Analyst role, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proficient in EDI standards and protocols, e-commerce, and SPS Commerce.
4. In-depth knowledge of CPG industry.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Familiarity with EDI software and tools.
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
10. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
