Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will:

1. Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
2. Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
3. Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies which could impact the digital commerce field.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
5. Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports.
6. Enhance user experience by working on SEO and CRO.
7. Collaborate with developers to improve website speed.
8. Work with the marketing and sales department in planning and managing campaigns.
9. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
10. Conduct a competitor and customer analysis.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the ecommerce space.
3. Proven experience as an E-commerce specialist or a similar role.
4. Solid knowledge of ecommerce platforms.
5. Proficiency in SEO, CRO and ecommerce channel sales.
6. Strong understanding of web design and web analytic software.
7. Experience in marketing and promotional activities.
8. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. High levels of creativity and attention to detail.
11. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
